桉叶油对阿魏酸经皮吸收的促进作用

目的：考察桉叶油对阿魏酸经皮吸收的促进作用。方法：进行体外透皮实验，分别以阿魏酸饱和溶液和加入1％辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯（Labrasol）的阿魏酸饱和溶液为对照，考察在阿魏酸饱和溶液＋1％Lahmsol的基础上加入1％和2％的桉叶油对阿魏酸饱和溶液经皮吸收的促进作用。结果：桉叶油对阿魏酸经皮吸收（加入1％Labrasol的增溶剂）有促进作用，且具有剂量依赖性；Labrasol和桉叶油在促进阿魏酸经皮吸收方面有协同作用。结论：桉叶油可明显促进阿魏酸经皮吸收。

Anxo-action of Eucalyptus Oil on Percutaneous Absorption of Ferulic Acid

Objective： To investigate the anxo-action of eucalyptus oil on percutaneous absorption of ferulic acid. Methods： The enhancement effect of 1% and 2% eucalyptus oil, with 1% Labrasol added as solubilizing agent, on percutaneous absorption of the saturated solution of ferulic acid was evaluated by conducting skin permeation experiments in vitro with the saturated solution of ferulie acid with or without the addition of 1% Labrasol as controls. Results： A dosedependent skin permeation improvement of eucalyptus oil （with the addition of 1% Labrasol） on ferulic acid was observed; the synergistic skin permeation enhancement effect of Labrasol and eucalyptus oil was observed. Conclusion： The percutaneous absorption of ferulic acid might be facilitated obviously by the addition of eucalyptus oil
