多线程同步技术在电感自动测试系统中的应用

摘    要:以多线程同步技术在电感自动测试系统程序开发中的应用为例,该文着重论述了Windows系统提供的线程同步机制和LabWindows/CVI中的多线程数据保护机制,并给出了如何通过事件和线程安全变量来实现多线程间的同步控制和数据保护的方法。该技术的使用大大提高了整个系统的性能,提高了单台测试仪的产能,在实际生产中取得了良好的效益。

Abstract:Taking the application of multithreading synchronization technique in the program development of inductailce automatic test system for example, the article concentrates on the discussion of threads synchronization mechanism provided by Windows system and the multithreading data protection mechanism in LabWindows/CVI, and the way in which synchronous control of the multithread and the data protection are realized through safety variables of the event and threads is also given in detail. The application of the technology greatly enhances the performances of the overall system, increases the capacity of single testers, and obtains good benefits in the practical production.
