摘    要:随着"后基因组时代"的到来以及各种高通量组学技术的发展,ChIP-on-chip这一新兴的研究细胞内蛋白质与全基因组DNA之间调控机制的实验技术已逐渐成熟并推广.然而由此产生的海量数据也给生物学意义的整合与数据挖掘带来了严峻的挑战.针对ChIP-on-chip得到的高通量原始实验数据,探索如何更有效地开展研究工作,实现了由分析模块、监控模块、并行框架三个模块构建的自适应并行计算系统.系统能非独占式地充分利用计算机资源计算,自动生成富集的DNA序列片段并将其映射到基因组用于后续分析;可比较分析多次实验以评估实验条件、分析不同转录因子之间的协同作用等;其包含的监控模块、并行框架很容易移植入其他开发过程.
