连铸拉矫机强度分析和冷却水系统研究

摘    要:针对R9 m、断面170±30 mm小方坯连铸机拉矫机,使用SolidWorks的cosmosworks有限元分析插件对拉矫机结构进行了强度校核,并作了改进。使用SolidWorks的cosmosfloworks流体分析插件对拉矫机冷却水系统进行了流动和热交换仿真,解决了冷却水系统出现死水和水路流量小的问题。最大限度地降低了测试成本,提高了产品质量。

Abstract:In view of straightener for small billet(R9 m,170±30 mm section)CCM,Solidworks Cosmosworks finite element analytical plugin is adoopted to calibrate structural strength of the withdrawal straightener,and further optimization for the withdrawal straightener is implemented.Solidworks Cosmosfloworks fluid plugin is used to conduct the flow and heat exchange simulation for the cooling water system in the withdrawal straightener The method eliminated the phenomena of stagnant water and the small flow flux of cooling-water system,reduced the testing cost at the greatest extent,and improved the quality of products.
