清洁压裂液技术研究与应用

摘    要:从作用原理出发,介绍了清洁压裂液的研究现状和应用情况。从现场应用情况看,清洁压裂液对低渗透储层具有良好的控滤失、无残渣、耐高温、黏度大、返排效果好、易于彻底破胶、流变性好、携砂能力强等优点,施工中能够在目的油气层造成更理想的裂缝长度,保持较高的裂缝导流能力,既可以提高油气井的采收率,又能降低对地层的伤害。清洁压裂液作为一类新型的低伤害压裂液具有良好的发展应用前景,应结合压裂技术进行深入研究。

Abstract:This article describes the current progress in clean fracturing fluid research and their applications, with a focus on how these fluids work.Field applications show that when used in low-permeability formations,clean fracturing fluids have many advantages such as strong ability to control leak-off,no production of residue,high temperature resistance,high viscosity,good flowback effect,ease of full gelout,good rheological properties and strong ability to carry sand.Using these fracturing fluids,operators can obtain better lengths of fractures in the pay zone and maintain high fracture conductivity ,reducing damages to formations while raising the recovery of wells.As a new type of low-harm fracturing fluids ,clean fracturing fluids have good development and application prospects and a further study into these products as well as fracturing technologies is needed.
