摘    要:采用种子半连续乳液聚合法,将反应性乳化剂α-烯丙基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(HS-10)引入醋丙乳液聚合体系,制备了稳定的醋丙压敏胶乳液。红外光谱实验结果表明,HS-10参与了醋丙体系共聚合反应。所得乳液的表面张力、粒径及分布、粘度及180°剥离强度都随HS-10用量增加而减小。耐水性性能实验表明采用HS-10的醋丙压敏胶体系,吸水率仅为传统型的35.9%,较好地改善了聚合物耐水性能。

Abstract:A stable copolymerization of vinyl acetate and acrylic ester emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA)was synthesized via seeded semi-continuous emulsion by using a novel reactive surfactant ammoniumα-ally alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether sulfonate(HS-10). The results of flourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) show that the reactive surfactant have been participated in the copolymerization. The surface tension, particle size and its distribution,viscosity of the emulsion and the peel strength of the PSA were mainly investigated,it indicated that they decreased with the dosage increase of the HS-10. Compared with conventional emulsion PSA, the vinyl acetate-acrylic ester copolymerization emulsion PSA gained by the reactive surfactant shows better water resistance,it water absorption rate is only 35.9% than the tradition one.
