| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性小血管炎的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析8例临床确诊原发性小血管炎的影像学检查资料。结果原发性小血管炎可累及多个系统，表现为肺内多发斑片状高密度影、肺纹理增粗增重、胸腔积液、肺内肿块影、颅内低密度灶等。结论原发性小血管炎的影像学表现无明显特异性，增加对该病的认识，提高警惕性对其早期诊断十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the imaging manifestation of primary small vessel vasculitis, Methods Imaging manifestation of 8 cases with primary small vessel vasculitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Imaging manifestation of primary small vessel vasculitis is multifomlity：multiple patch shadow density in lung,lung marking increasing,pleural effussion, intracalvarium low density focus, et al. Conclusion The imaging manifestation of primary small vessel vasculitis have no characteristic features. It is very important to understand the image manifestation of primary small vessel vasculitis for early diagnosis. |
