摘    要: 以表面出现质量问题的不锈钢餐刀为研究对象,用显微镜观察了钢中的夹杂物形貌及分布情况,借助扫描电镜观察了缺陷处的组织结构,用能谱分析仪测定了其成分,从而确定了缺陷产生的根源,阐明了其产生的机理,最终提出了改进产品质量的建议。

Abstract:The surface defect of stainless steel knives are analyzed.Microscope was applied to observe the morpho logy and distribution of the inclusion.Scanning electronic microscope was employed to observe the microstructure,and energy spectrum was utilized to determine the composition. The source of the surface defect was found out, the mechanism was described. The suggestion for improving product quality was brought forward.
