乳腺癌根治术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的诊治分析

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的早期诊断与正确治疗。方法对17例乳腺癌根治术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的患者的诊断及溶栓、抗凝等诊疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果早期诊断及正确治疗，可以避免病变的发展与恶化。结论乳腺癌患者根治术前治疗原发病，纠正身体功能，必要时应用抗凝、溶栓、祛聚药物，术后早行下肢活动，维持电解质平衡是预防下肢静脉血栓的关键；及时发现、早期诊断与选择正确的治疗方法，对保证治疗效果、预防严重并发症具有重要意义。

The diagnosis and treatment analysis of concurrent lower limb deep vein thrombus after breast cancer root governing skill

Objective Discussion of breast cancer occurs in patients with deep vein thrombosis of early diagnosis and proper treatment.Methods On 17 cases occurred after mastectomy deep venous thrombosis in patients with diagnosis and Thrombolysis,anticoagulant treatment methods such as retrospective analysis.Results Early diagnosis and proper treatment can avoid the development of lesions.Conclusion The preoperative treatment of breast cancer patients undergoing radical primary disease,correct body functions,necessary anticoagulants,Thrombolysis and poly drug,after earlier line of activity,maintain electrolyte balance is the prevention of venous thrombosis key;Timely detection,early diagnosis and to choose the correct treatment method is important to ensure treatment effects and prevention of severe complications.
