| Abstract: | Compared with the system of supply power,the solution of the critical problem within the system of supply heat which is how to measure quantity of heat is inicated.Analysis is done about the principle and craft of the instrument. Also the explanation about the application of the instrument through diagrams is made in the prevailing campaign for conserving energy. |
