~(10)Co-γ射线照射对小鼠脾细胞DNA、RNA及蛋白质合成的影响

摘    要:本文报道了~(60)Coγ线照射对小鼠脾细胞 DNA、RNA 及蛋白质合成影响的实验研究。结果表明,小鼠脾细胞 DNA 合成在0.5戈瑞照射后即明显受到抑制,而 RNA、蛋白质的合成在2.5戈瑞照射后才受抑显著,表明 DNA 合成对电离辐射比 RNA、蛋白质合成更为敏感。γ线照射抑制这三种生物大分子合成的剂量-效应曲线均是多相形的。

Abstract:In this experiment,the effects of ~(60)Co-Gamma rays on DNA,RNA and protein syntheses in mouse spleen cells in culture were investigatedin vitro.~3H-TdR,~3H-UR and ~(14)C-leucine incorporations were used in theexperiment to reflect the abilities of DNA,RNA and protein syntheses resp-ectively.The findings showed that the syntheses of DNA,RNA and proteinin spleen cells were relatively sensitive to radiation.By statistical analysis,after spleen cells received a low dose of 0.5 Gy,a significant decrease in~3H-TdR incorporation was induced.and a dose of 2.5 Gy can induce signi-ficant decrease in ~3H-UR and ~(14)C-leucine incorporations.With the dosage(0 to 10 Gy),the dose-response curves of radiation-induced depression ofDNA,RNA and protein syntheses were polyphasic.DNA synthesis in spleencells was more sensitive to radiation than thief RNA and proteir synthesesin the dose range of 0 to 10 Gy.
