摘    要:以STC单片机作为系统处理器,结合可编程器件CPLD,研制出的GPS定时多道分析仪主要用于放射性元素的勘测和研究。将GPS授时技术与放射性元素能谱测量技术相结合研制出的仪器,能更好地用于放射性元素能谱的测量,同时能够得到打上时间戳的多道数据用于后续的统计分析。给出了系统的总体方案、硬件设计和软件设计。经过测试,系统测量得到的放射性元素谱图与实际谱图相吻合。

Abstract:Taking STC MCU as system processor, combined with programmable device CPLD, a GPS timing multi-channel analyzer is designed for investigation and study of radioactive elements. The design uses GPS timing technology combined with spectrum measure- ment technique for radioactive elements, can be better used for spectroscopy measurement of radioactive elements, at the same time be a- ble to get multi-channel time-stamped data for subsequent statistical analysis. The overall program, hardware and software of the system are given. Tests show the spectroscopy of radioactive elements measured by the analyzer is consistent with the practice.
