| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大脑半球胶质瘤根治性切除的疗效。方法长期随访了27例大脑半球胶质瘤患者根治术后45～127个月。结果术后生存率1年为100％，2年为85．2％，3年为70．4％，4年为44．4％，5年为33．3％，6年为14．8％，7年为14．8％，8年为11．1％，9年和1O年生存率达3．7％。结论大脑半球胶质瘤根治术是目前治疗脑胶质瘤较有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of curative surgery of cerebral glioma. Methods:Curative operation had been performed on 27 patients for cerebral gliomas.Periods of postoperative follow up ranged between 45 and 127 months. Results:The statistics showed that actuarial survival of cerebral gliomas was as follows:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 year actuarial survival rate was 100%,85.2%,70.4%,44.4%,33.3%,14.8%,14.8%,11.1%,3.7% and 3.7%,respectively. Conclusion:The curative surgery of cerebral glioma is one of the effective methods for the treatment of cerebral gliomas at the present. |
