丹皮总苷对小鼠急性心肌缺血保护作用简

目的：研究丹皮总苷对垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血小鼠心电的影响，对血清中CK（肌酸激酶）、心肌组织中LDH（乳酸脱氢酶）的影响，观察丹皮总苷对急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法：建立小鼠心肌缺血模型，观察心电变化，测量心肌缺血组织LDH含量及血清中CK浓度，通过染色观察小鼠心肌缺血损伤程度。结果：模型组小鼠的CK和LDH显著高于正常组（P〈0．01），中、高剂量组的CK和LDH显著降低（P〈0．01），并显著缩小红染面积。结论：丹皮总苷明显改变垂体后叶素所致小鼠心电图J点的位移，降低血清中CK和心肌组织中LDH含量，对急性心肌缺血小鼠具有保护作用。

Study on Protection of TGM on Acute Myocardial Ischemia of Mice

Objective ： To study the effect of the total glucosides of Mudan cortex （ TGM ） protecting acute myocardial ischemia of mice caused by pituitrin, the influence on CK in myocardial tissue, the influence on LDH in myocardial tissue. To observe the protection function of TGM for acute myocardial ischemia injury. Methods ： The myocardial ischemia model of mice was set up, and the changes of the electrocardiogram were observed and the contents of CK and LDH were determined, and the damage degree of mice was observed. Results ： The contents of CK and LDH in the myocardial tissue were significantly higher than those of the normal group （ P〈0.01 ）, and those of medium and high dose groups were significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. High and medium dose can significantly narrow the red dye area. Conclusion ： Total glucosides of Mudan cortex （ TGM ） obviously changes the mice＇s J point of displacement of ECG caused by isoproterenol, reduce CK content in serum, lower LDH content in the heart muscle tissue. So it can protect mice＇s heart muscle tissue.
