| 摘 要： | 目的:中西医治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效观察。方法:80例扁平苔藓患者,按患者个人意愿随机分为治疗组48例,对照组32例,分别采用中西医结合治疗和单纯西医治疗。结果:治疗1个月后,治疗组总有效率为60.87%,对照组总有效率为34.38%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组有效病例(痊愈+显效)停药6个月后复发率为32.14%,明显低于对照组54.54%(P0.05)。结论:中西医治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效高,复发率低,不良反应轻,疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on OLP. Methods ： According to the patient＇s willing, all 80 cases of OLP were divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were both given local treatment with Western medicine and the treatment group was also given traditional Chinese medicine. Results ： The successful rate after the treatment for a month and the recurrent rate after the treatment for 6 months in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclution ： The integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment has good effects and less side effects, which is safe and effective. |
