摘    要:为了提高钢混结构内部配筋的耐久性,在有机防锈涂料中添加了无机纳米添加剂,研制出"有机-无机纳米复合体涂层",利用纳米材料的"自修复"功能和"超延展"行为,实现钢筋表面的有效覆盖,弥补了普通有机涂层由于涂抹不均导致腐蚀加剧的缺陷。经过宏观形貌的目测、局部形貌的显微观测以及电化学检测等手段,分析了纳米复合体涂层钢筋的锈蚀规律,验证了涂有纳米复合体涂层对提高钢筋耐蚀能力的有效性。实验结果表明:使用了纳米复合体涂层的钢筋,具有一定的"自洁净"功能,能有效抵御外界环境中杂质离子的侵蚀。

Abstract:In this research,inorganic nanometer additive to organic anti-rust coating is added to enhance the durability of the steel structure of the internal reinforcement,and develop"Organicinorganic nanometer composite coatings".This test makes use of the"self-healing"and"super stretch"characteristics of nanometer material for the purpose of effectively covering on the steel and making up the general organic coating corrosion due to uneven daub aggravate defects.It analyses the corrosion law of nano composite coating in steel and proves that nano composite coating improves the effectiveness of the steel bar corrosion resistant ability by using the way of macro morphology of visual inspection,microscopic observation of local topography and electrochemical detection methods.The experiment shows that the steel with using nano composite coating have"self-clean"function and can effectively resist the erosion of the impurity ions in the environment.
