中医药抗纤维化的研究进展

肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病的共同病理学基础,是发展至肝硬化可逆转的最后阶段。研究表明,西药对肝纤维化的治疗缺乏稳定性;近年来,中医药在诊治和研究肝纤维化方面效果显著,主要体现在对病因病机、临床治疗、实验室研究等方面。现通过回顾近几年中医药治疗肝纤维化研究的历程,展现中医药诊治肝纤维化方面的广阔前景。

Research Advance of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Anti-liver Fibrosis

The Liver Fibrosis is the common foundation of pathology in all kinds of Chronic Liver Diseases, and this is the final stage that may reverse in developing to Liver Cirrhosis. Studies showed that it was in absence of stability for western medicine in treatment of Liver Fibrosis. In recent years, it is remarkable for Chinese medicine in diagnosing.caring and studying aspects, which were mairdy about reasons and pathogenesis of the disease, clinical care,laboratory research and so on. Through reviewing the research of Chinese medicine in treatment of Liver Fibrosis in recent years ,and we can see the broad prospects of the development of Chinese medicine in diagnosing and earing the disease.
