| 摘 要： | 阐述了FluoView^TM FV500激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的工作原理及主要功能，提出了FluoView^TM FV500激光扫描共聚焦显微镜使用过程中荧光探针的选择、样品制备的要求、参数的选择以及对环境要求的质量控制方法。
