| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于USB接口的高精度AD模块综合测试台的设计方法.根据雷达系统测试需要,该测试台可以自动测试AD模块的量化信噪比、信号比噪声加失真、总谐波失真、有效位数、无杂散动态范围、双音互调失真、零偏、正交通道幅相误差、镜像抑制比、线性调频脉压特性等参数.采用USB接口与计算机连接,参数的分析计算由计算机完成,简化了硬件,体积小、成本低、携带方便.并给出了测试方法、电路原理框图和计算机软件流程图.该测试台已经用于雷达AD模块的自动测试.
