催化剂LY-2008在裂解汽油加氢装置上的应用

摘    要:介绍了裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂LY-2008在中国石油辽阳石化分公司裂解汽油加氢装置上的工业应用情况,包括催化剂的还原、硫化及装填方法,并分析了硫化过程发生飞温的原因及采取的处理措施.结果表明,催化剂LY-2008具有较强的初活性和芳烃加氢活性,采用芳烃含量较高的二段裂解汽油加氢产品作硫化油时,硫化温升较高且温升较快,易造成飞温;采用全馏分石脑油作硫化油时,反应器床层温度最高达到135℃,在可控范围内;在开工初期,该催化剂的入口温度较低,反应器出口温度及床层平均温度低,且产品的马来酸值小于10 mg/g.

Abstract:The industrial application of the first-stage hydrogenation catalyst LY-2008 in the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,were introduced,including the reduction,vulcanization and loading methods of catalyst,and the causes of temperature runaway in sulfurization process were analyzed,and the corresponding measures were taken.The results showed that the catalyst LY-2008 was characterized by its strong initial activity and aromatic-hydrogenating activity.When the second-stage-hydrogenated pyrolysis gasoline with high aromatic content was used as sulfurization oil,a high and rapid temperature rise was found in vulcanization process,the temperature runaway.When full-range naphtha was used,the temperature could reach up to 135 ℃,that fell in a controllable range.At the initial stage,the inlet temperature of reactor was lower,also the outlet temperature and the average bed temperature both were lower,and the maleic acid value of produce less than 10 mg/g.
