摘    要:以堆密度为(0.50±0.02)g/mL的氧化铝作载体,钯为活性组分,采用化学浸渍法制备出一种裂解汽油一段加氢钯基催化剂,并以模型化合物为原料,在10 mL等温床评价装置上对所制备催化剂的性能进行了评价。结果表明,最佳的载体热活化温度为850℃,所制备的催化剂与工业常用裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂LY-9801 D相比,在其他条件相同的情况下,平均活性提高53%,平均选择性提高23%;在其他制备条件相同的情况下,与不添加络合剂的催化剂相比,添加高级醇作络合剂后,催化剂的稳定性由5.87%改善至0.83%。

Abstract:Using alumina with lower bulk density (0.50 ±0.02) g/mL as support, palladium as active component, the 18t pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by chemical impregnation method. The performances of the catalyst were evaluated in a 10 mL isothermal reactor using some model compounds as stocks. The results showed that the best thermal activation temperature of the alumina support was 850 ℃. At the same conditions, compared with the catalyst LY -9801 D which is frequently -used as 1at hydrogenation catalyst for pyrolysis gasoline in industry, the average activity and selectivity of the new catalyst increased by 53% and 23% respectively. At the same other preparation conditions, by adding high alcohol as chelating agent, the stability of catalyst could be improved from 5.87% to 0.83%.
