大型链条炉炉膛结构特性的研究及应用

摘    要:分析了链条炉中煤层着火的特点和影响其着人迟早的主要因素,提出了炉膛与人炉煤层间换热的数学模型.将优化方法应用于链条炉炉膛结构的改造设计中,对某厂燃用无烟煤和贫煤的35t/h链条炉炉膛结构进行了优化设计和改造,改造后明显改善了锅炉的着火和燃烧状况,取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract:The characteristics of coal firing in traveling-grate boiler and the principle factors affecting firing period are studied. A mathematical model of heat transfer between the furnace and the coal going into it is prasented.An optimum method is applied to improving design of furnace structure, the optimum design and improvement of a 35t/h traveling-grate boiler firing glance coal and blind coal ale accomplished. The firing and combustion state al.e considelably improved, and excellent economic benefits ale obtained.
