汽轮机进汽阀的卸载分析

摘    要:汽轮机参数的提高将导致汽轮机进汽阀开启过程中承受巨大的蒸汽作用力,需要卸载才能开启阀门。本文通过对进汽阀的系统组成、运行控制过程、卸载结构的要素、压力平衡估算办法,以及卸载漏汽对启动过程的影响等多个方面进行分析,以便廓清汽轮机进汽阀卸载设计的思路,为进汽阀的卸载设计和运行提供参考。

Abstract:The turbine parameter increase will give rise to the great steam action force during the inlet valve start-up of steam turbine,resulting that valve can not be opened until load being dumped.In this paper,the issues are analyzed on inlet valve system composition,valve control start-up program,element of load-release structure,pressure balance evaluation method and effect of load-release leakage upon starting etc.to make the idea clear of inlet valve load-release design.
