摘    要:目的:分析卵浆内单精子显微注射授精(ICSI)治疗严重男性不育症的临床效果。方法:采用长周期或短周期超排卵方案促排卵,B超下经阴道取卵,对成熟卵细胞进行显微注射授精,受精卵在体外培养3天后移植回官腔。结果:115个治疗周期获成熟卵1111个,受精率75.3%.妊娠率33.9%。结论:ICSI是治疗严重男性不育症的有效方法。影响ICSI成功的主要因素是卵子的质量、精子的质量和显微操作技术,年龄是影响卵子质量的不可忽视的因素,随着移植胚胎数增多,临床妊娠率增高,但多胎妊娠的并发症不可忽视。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the clinical effectiveness of intracytoplas mi c sperm injection(ICSI) in the treatment of severe male infertility. Methods: Th e ovary was stimulated according to hyperstimulation conventional long protocol or short protocol. The oocytes were retrieved from vaginal under B type ultrason ography. All matured oocytes were fertilized with a single sperm by ICSI. The em bryos were transferred back to the uterine cavity 3 days after insemination. Res ults: There were 1 111 matured oocytes obtained in 115 cycles and the inseminati on rate and pregnant rate were 75.3%and 33.9%respectively. Conclusion: ICSI is an effective method to treat patients with severe male infertility. The effecti veness of ICSI was swayed by the quality of both oocytes and sperm and skills of operators. Age is also an important factor affecting the quality of oocytes. Th e clinical pregnant rate was gradually increased with the number of transferred embryos, but the rising of multi-pregnancy rate should not be neglected. [
