金属铯的生物化学研究进展

摘    要:金属铯对生物体有一定的激发作用, 但由于其性质与钾相似, 也常发生不利于生命活动的相互竞争. 铯跨细胞膜主要与钾离子通道有关, 铯与钾的这种竞争导致钾离子的循环不畅和由此可能引发的机能失活、中毒等复杂生理作用. 本文根据近年来生物化学和分子生物学领域对铯的研究成果, 综述了铯在生物医学中的应用, 生物体内铯的分析检测方法, 铯对动植物和人体的生理影响, 以及铯离子跨细胞膜行为与离子通道的关系.

Abstract:Metal cesium can activate certain physical process in organisms,however,there occurs competition between Cs~+ and K~+ as the similarity of their characteristics.It is shown that cesium membrane transport is mainly mediated by various K~+ channels.As a result of this competition,the circulation of K~+ in vivo may be unavailable and even induce functional inactivation,toxicosis or other complicated results.Based on resent research works of cesium in biochemistry and molecular biology fields,four basic aspects were introduced in this review:(1) The application of cesium in biomedicine.(2) The analysis methods of cesium in organism.(3) The physiological effects on animals/plants and human caused by cesium.(4) Membrane transport of cesium in cells.
