| 摘 要： | 本文分析了生态与城市规划之间的内在关联性，回顾了生态城市提出的背景，总结出生态城市的内涵为和谐性与发展性，并认为生态城市是人类生活的理想的城市模式，是城市生态系统演替的顶级。最后从区域规划与总体规划的角度对生态城市的规划途径进行了分析与探讨，为开展生态城市的理论研究与建设实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the intrinsic relationship between ecology and city planning. The background and causes of the eco - city proposition are reviewed, and its intension is summarized into the following two words, harmony and development. The paper presents an opinion that the eco- city is not only the ideal mode of city for human, but also the succession climax of the urban ecological system. At last, the ap- proaches of eco - city planning are discussed form the two levels of regional plan and master plan, which make a reference for the academic research and concrete practice of eco - city. |
