| 摘 要： | 目的评价经支气管镜肺减容术治疗的有效性及安全性。方法通过支气管镜向目的支气管置入单向活瓣，观察并记录实验动物的耐受情况，2周后行CT检查和组织病理学检查。结果经支气管镜肺减容术临床操作简便，所有实验动物均能良好耐受，无动物死亡。CT检查和组织病理学检查提示支气管内置入活瓣可导致部分肺组织萎陷而达到减容的目的。结论经支气管镜肺减容术是一种简便、安全、有潜力的治疗方法，其临床应用有待于进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of bronchoscopic lung volume reduction(BLVR) using one-way valves in dogs.Methods The one-way valves were implanted into the target bronchi of dogs.Computer tomography scan and pathology examination were performed after 2 weeks.Results The procedure of BLVR was simple and well-tolerable.No major adverse effects were observed with none of the animals died.CT scan and the pathology examination showed some of the lung tissue had collapsed.Conclusion This animal study shows that BLVR is a simple,safe approach for severe emphysema which warrants further clinical trial. |
