摘 要: | 针对方形升降式网箱在接近下沉临界状态时极易发生整体侧倾覆而导致下沉失败的关键技术难题,通过对升降式网箱下沉过程的动态变化研究,全面分析了引起网箱侧翻的内外影响因素,探明了风浪流作用和网箱水下配重导致的倾覆转动力矩是造成其侧倾覆的主要外内在原因;并采取相应技术手段,在原有方形升降式网箱的结构基础上,构建了网衣十字交叉网筋和网底刚性支撑杆组件组成的防倾覆装置系统,改变了网箱下沉倾斜过程的受力状态,实现了网箱在恶劣海况条件下的稳定下沉。试验与模拟结果显示,对于配置有防倾覆装置的正方体型升降式网箱系统,其下沉稳定倾角不大于27°,从而为方形升降式网箱动态下沉自平衡技术的创立和完善提供理论依据和方法。

Abstract: | Square cages are easy to incur a whole overturn and to sink unsuccessfully in close to the sinking critical state.The influence factors of turning on one side of a cage are analyzed through the study on dynamic characteristics of a sinking process of square cages.The major outer reason of overturn under wind wave and water current is the rotation torque.And the corresponding technical means are taken to construct the anti-overturn device composed of cross nets muscle and rigid support bar components on the basis of the original square cages.The stress state of cages during a sinking process is changed to realize the stable sinking of cages in bad sea conditions.The experiment and simulation results show that the sinking incline angle of a square cage assembled anti-overturn device is less than 27°.And the theory basis and method can be provided for founding and completion of a square cage sinking balancing technique. |
