内置CFRP圆管方钢管高强混凝土纯弯构件力学性能的试验

摘    要:目的了解内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土纯弯构件的静力性能,研究不同CFRP配置率和含钢率对纯弯构件的承载能力的影响.方法对5个内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土纯弯构件和3个方钢管高强混凝土纯弯构件进行静力试验,分析试验结果,绘制荷载-跨中挠度曲线,钢管碳纤维P-ε曲线.结果受弯构件内置了CFRP圆管约束内部核心混凝土后,有效地改善了该构件的力学性能(承载力提高率可提高10%左右、延性提高5%-12%);试件的荷载跨中挠度全过程曲线可分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、强化段.结论内置CFRP圆管可有效地改善方钢管高强混凝土纯弯构件的力学性能.

Abstract:In order to study the performance of high-strength concrete filled square steel tubular beam with inner CFRP circular tube and how CFRP and steel ratio affect it,5 high-strength concrete filled square steel tubular beams with inner CFRP circular tubes and 3 high-strength concrete filled square steel tubular beams were tested. Load-deflection curve and load-strain curve were drawn. Analysis on the curves shows that CFRP tube improves the performance of high-strength concrete filled square steel tubular beam with higher bearing capacity and better ductility (The beating capacity can be improved 10% and ductility can be enhanced 5% - 12% ). And load-deflection curves were divided into 3 stages, which are elastic stage elasticplastic stage and intensive stage. Compared with the common beams of concrete filled square steel tube, the mechanical performance of beams of high-strength concrete filled square steel tube with inner CFRP circular tube has been improved obviously.
