产妇康颗粒促进剖宫产术后产妇康复的实验研究

目的：探讨产妇康颗粒促进剖宫产术后产妇康复的作用机理。方法：观察产妇康颗粒对大鼠在体子宫肌的影响，出、凝血时间及凝血四项，对小鼠外周血象、胸腺和脾脏重量，扭体痛及腹腔毛细血管通透性的改变。结果：产妇康颗粒能增强大鼠在体子宫收缩幅度及收缩频率（P〈0．05），明显缩短大鼠出、凝血时间（P〈0．05），提高大鼠凝血四项水平（P〈0．05），并提升小鼠外周血象红细胞和血红蛋白水平（P〈0．05），增加免疫器官胸腺、脾脏重量，减少小鼠的扭体次数（P〈0．05），提高扭体反应抑制率，抑制炎症刺激小鼠所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进（P〈0．05）。结论：初步阐明了产妇康颗粒止血、补血、镇痛、抗炎作用显著，与临床疗效吻合。

Empirical Study of Chanfukang Granules to Promote Recovery after Caesarean Section

Objective: To approach the mechanism of Chanfukang granules to promote recovery after caesarean section. Method:To observe the effect of Chanfukang granules on womb muscle in vivo, bleeding time, clotting time and four blood clotting and change of mice blood routine, weight of thoracic gland and spleen, writhing pain and belly cavity capillary permeability. Result: Chanfukang granules have the function to strengthen rats uterine contraction extent and frequency in vivo, shorten rats bleeding time and clotting time, increase rats four blood clotting and mice red blood cell, hemoglobin and weight of thoracic gland and spleen, decrease mice writhing times, increase inhibition ratio of writhing reaction and restrain belly cavity capillary permeability. Conclusion: There are stopping bleeding, nourishing the blood, relieving pain and anti-inflammatory action of Chanfukang granules.
