| Abstract: | The thesis introduced the current situation and the causes of the trans - boundary movements of hazardous wastes, and using the environmental equity theory analyzed the environmental in- equity owe to the trans -boundary movements of hazardous wastes. At last the environmental equity principles and the from three aspects were given in dealing with the problems of trans - boundary movements of jazardpis wastes. |
