闭合性腹部损伤为主的多发伤诊治分析

目的 总结闭合性腹部损伤（blunt abdominal injury,BAI）为主的多发伤的诊治经验和分析预后因素,提高BAI诊治水平.方法 回顾性分析急诊救治的281例BAI患者的临床资料.结果 本组281例BAI患者,剖腹探查221例（78.5%）,急诊留观非手术治疗45例（16.1%）,直接急诊手术治疗20例（7.2%）,死亡15例（5.4%）,抢救成功率94.6%.结论 BAI患者早期诊断、合理处置能够降低致残率、并发症以及病死率.

Emergency diagnosis and treatment for blunt abdominal injury of multiple trauma and its prognostic factors

Objective To summarize the experience and analysis of prognostic factors, improve the level of emergency diagnosis and treatment for severe blunt abdominal injury of muhiple trauma. Methods The data and curative effect of 281 patients with severe blunt abdominal injury from January 2010 to December 2012 were reviewed. Results 221 of 281 patients accepted surgical operation,20 pa- tients underwent emergent operations, non-operative management for 45 patients inemergency observation room and suacessful rate was 94.6%, and 15 patients died. Conclusion Patients with severe blunt abdominal injury of multiple trauma needearly rapid diagnosis and right emergency treatment,it is a key to reduce the complications, morbidity and case fatality rate.
