| 摘 要： | 中心刀箱是盾构刀盘的重要破岩工具,一旦损坏就会严重影响盾构的正常掘进,文中结合广州地铁六号线项目分析盾构中心刀箱损坏的原因,并针对掘进中修复刀箱的风险讨论了刀箱修复技术,对如何预控此类事故发生提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The cutterbox center is the key rock breaking cutter tool of cutterhead in the shield machine,and the damage of cutterbox caused by any reasons would be seriously affected for the shield tunneling excavation progress.It is expounded on risk resolution of repairing the damage of cutterbox center in the shield machine during shield tunneling excavation happened in Line 6th of Guangzhou Metro.It proposes some suggestions on control of the case accident with analysis of the remediation technique of cutterbox. |
