| 摘 要： | 目的：分析脊柱原发软骨肉瘤的CT和MRI表现，与手术病理结果相对照，提高其影像诊断的准确性。材料与方法：回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的脊柱原发性软骨肉瘤患者的临床和影像资料，由两位高年资影像医师阅片，对肿瘤的发生部位、侵犯范围、肿瘤形态、钙化或骨化、强化表现及肿瘤性质分析评价。结果：颈椎1例，胸椎7例，骶椎3例。11例均呈溶骨性破坏，4例椎体破坏，5例椎体和附件破坏，2例肋椎关节破坏，11例肿瘤均有软组织肿块形成，8例有明显钙化，4例累及相邻两个椎体。结论：脊柱原发性软骨肉瘤与其它部位软骨肉瘤的CT和MRI表现相似，CT对于钙化的显示具有明显优势，对定性诊断有一定价值，MRI对于显示软组织肿块和椎管内侵犯具有明显优势，对指导临床治疗有重要价值。
