| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创植入钢板固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法应用高尔夫球棒型解剖钢板或微创内固定系统通过间接复位,经皮微创钢板固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折12例,观察术后软组织恢复及骨折愈合情况。结果12例经4～22个月随访,临床愈合时间4～12个月。按Johner-Wruhs方法评价,优8例,良好3例,一般1例。结论微创钢板内固定对治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折创伤小,固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。
