| 摘 要： | 乙基纤维素具有优良的疏水性、黏性和化学稳定性,在中药制剂中的应用主要是作为薄膜包衣材料、骨架和载体等起到缓/控释作用。通过针对乙基纤维素包衣液处方组成优化,制备缓释囊材,用于骨架黏合材料方面应用研究的阐述,为今后中药缓控释制剂的进一步开发研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Be based on the properties of hydrophobic, stability and viscosity of ethyl cellulose, more research of traditional Chinese medicine preparation is focused on controlled release, but still immature. The ethyl cellulose coating formulation optimization of composition, preparation of sustained - release capsule material, used for solid dispersion carrier, skeleton adhesive material of study on the application of traditional Chinese medicine, and provides a reference for future development of controlled release preparations. |
