临床护理人员生活质量调查分析

目的 探讨心理护理干预对食管癌术后辅助化疗患者的免疫细胞功能是否存在积极的调节作用。方法 将67例食管癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组（33例）进行长春地辛（VDS）方案辅助化疗及心理护理干预治疗，对照组（34例）仅进行VDS方案辅助化疗。测定护理干预前后两组患者的免瘦细胞功能。结果 观察组干预后CD4^＋活性较化疗前显著提高（P〈0．05），而对照组干预后CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋及NK细胞活性显著降低（均P〈0．05）。观察组干预后CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋及NK细胞活性显著高于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论 心理护理干预对食管癌术后辅助化疗患者的免疫功能起着积极的调节作用。

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Immune Cellular Function of Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the status of the quality of life in nurses and the influencing factors. Methods The quality of life questionnaire (Short Form 36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of 201 nursing staff. Results The self-evaluation scores of clinical nursing staff were significantly lower than that of average populations (P<0.05,P< 0.01). The age, service years, professional titles were factors affecting their physical health while educational level, incomes, environment and social support and chronic disease not only affect their physical health but, more importantly, their mental health. The educational level was a factor influencing the social functioning of nursing staff. Conclusion The quality of life and health status of nurses is not satisfactory. The management, educational institutions and the nurses themselves should take measures to improve the quality of life of nursing staff.
