| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济和信息技术水平的提高.特别是4C技术的提高,智能小区在我国逐步发展起来.而且成为今后小区建设的标准。本文介绍了智能的小区的定义、组成.对智能小区建设的关键技术进行了分析,最后对构建智能小区技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
