锰—硼系空冷贝氏体钢的新近发展

本文简要阐述了Ｍｎ－Ｂ系空冷贝氏体钢系列及产品近年的新发展。材料以普通元素和Ｍｎ和微量Ｂ合金化，较Ｍｏ－Ｂ系贝氏体钢成本显著低廉、可空冷自硬，强韧性好，应用面广，钢厂可直接出产品，现已可生产耐磨钢球，耐磨铸钢，离心铸管，塑料模具，汽车前轴，各种轴类零件，叉车货叉，板弹簧，圆弹簧，标准件，煤矿综采机刮板和截齿等。

In this paper the recent development of series of air cooled Mn B bainitic steels and their products was briefly reviewed The novel series of steels are alloyed with common element Mn and trace element B,so that they are cheaper than the Mo B bainitic steels The series of the materials can be hardened by themselves when air cooled,which leads to good comprehensive properties of strength and toughness The products with maturated producing skill can be direct yielded in steel factories Various kinds of products are excellent in property with low production cost Now many products,such as grinding balls,wear resistant casts,centrifugal casting pipes,dies for plastics,auto front axles,various axle parts,scrapers and cutters of coal mining machines,various springs etc ,have been produced Parts of bainitc products with high quality have been put into large scale production When small and medium steel plants and mechanical factories with smelting equipments are simply reformed ,bainitic steel products with the serses of the materials can be quickly yieled
