带腓动静脉腓肠神经移植修复上肢神经

目的 研究腓动脉对腓肠神经的营养，为有动脉血供的腓肠神经移植提供解剖学依据，方法 进行排动脉对腓肠神经供应的解剖学研究及４３例单股或多股腓肠神经移植的临床应用观察。结果 腓动脉有１￣７条皮支营养腓肠神经。术中观察腓肠神经外膜与两断端出血活跃，修复长段神经缺损优良率９０．６％，结论 带腓动脉的腓肠神经是神经移植的优良供体。

Repairing of the Nerve of the Upper Limbs With Sural Nerve Supplied With Peroneal Artery and Vein

ObjectiveTo study sural nerve blood supply from peroneal artery, and provide anatomic basis for sural nerve graft supplied with branches of peroneal artery. MethodsAnatomy and perfusion of peroneal artery were studied both in cadavers and in 43 clinical cases. ResultsSural nerve was supplied by 1 to 7 cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery. During operation, two sections of the sural nerve bled actively. The excellent and good rate for repairing long nerve deficit was 90.6%.ConclusionThe sural nerve with peroneal arterial supply is an ideal donor of nerve graft.
