关于提高民族传统体育学博士研究生培养质量的若干思考

我国的民族传统体育学博士生培养起始于1997年,它是在原来的武术硕士研究生培养基础上发展起来的。与其他学科相比,它的起步较晚,但在10多年的摸索发展中,无论在数量上,还是质量上都显现出了较好的发展前景,尤其对推进该学科的发展及人才队伍培养发挥了积极作用,但在展现其成绩的同时,不少缺憾、弱点也清晰地暴露出来。为此,从"认识民族传统体育学的理论制高点及学科特色""加强导师队伍建设"和"注意博士生的励志教育及培养博士生的兴趣能力"3个方面,就如何进一步提高民族传统体育学博士研究生培养质量进行思考。

Consideration on Improving the Training Quality of Ph.D.Graduate Students Majoring in National Traditional Sports

The training on Ph.D.graduate student majoring in national traditional sports in China began in 1997.It is based on the original wushu master graduate education development.Compared with other disciplines,it starts evening.In recent 10 years development,the good developing prospect is showed no matter in the quantity and quality,especially in promoting the development of the discipline and talents.In showing its achievements,many defects and weakness also exposed clearly at the same time.This paper makes deeply consideration on how to improve the training quality of Ph.D.graduate students majoring in national traditional sports from the three aspects of the characteristics of discipline,construction of teacher team,graduate student’s endeavourers and learning interesting training.
