摘    要:由于2X2MSGE+3ARC/30型空气增压机三级气封水平中心高于转子轴承水平中心,导致气封泄漏量增加,影响了下一级的供气量和空气增压机的运行安全。叙述解体齿轮箱、拆卸三级气封查找故障原因的过程,阐述采取的处理措施和效果。

Abstract:The horizontal center of 3-stage air seal of Model 2X2MSGE+3ARC/30 air booster is higher than that of rotor bearing and thus the volume of air leakage from air seal increases,which impairs the next-stage air supply volume and safe run of the air booster.Here,the process to find out the causes through disassembling the gear box and 3-stage air seal is briefed and corrective measures and their effects are described.
