| 摘 要： | 从病因病机、证型研究、辨证论治等方面概述了慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的中西医诊治概况。该病发病机制复杂,多数学者认为其与湿热疫毒有关,但湿热疫毒之间的具体关系,以及制定慢性丙型病毒性肝炎中医辨证分型标准和疗效判定标准面临许多问题;提高中医药临床研究水平,寻找合适的治疗路径等均是急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis C with the integrated Chinese and Western medicine was overviewed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome research,syndrome differentiation and treatment.Since the disease has complex pathogenesis,most scholars believe that the disease is related with the heat,dampness and pestilence,but the specific relationship between the heat,dampness and pestilence,and the standards of TCM syndrome typing of chronic hepatitis C and its effect criteria are still to be determined.And it is urgent to increase the level of clinical research on traditional Chinese medicine,and to find the right treatment for chronic viral hepatitis C. |
