摘    要:支持向量机(SVM)是基于统计学习理论的新一代机器学习技术。基于预测控制思想,利用支持向量机回归进行非线性系统辨识,并将支持向量机模型应用到船舶动力定位(DP)预测控制,提出一种基于支持向量机的非线性系统预测控制策略。仿真实验表明,支持向量机在小样本情况下具有良好的非线性建模能力和泛化能力,预测控制效果良好。

Abstract:Support vector machines (SVM) are a new-generation machine learning technique based on the statistical learning theory. Based on the thought of predictive control, an identification method for nonlinear systems using support vector machine is investigated, and a kind of nonlinear predictive control method based on support vec- tor machine model is presented. Simulation results demonstrate that the support vector machine is of good ability of modeling nonlinear process under small data set available and is of good generalization.
