乳腺增生症患者应激事件与社会支持的研究

目的探讨乳腺增生症生活应激事件与社会支持的相关性。方法使用生活事件量表（LES）、社会支持量表（SSRS）对100例乳腺增生症患者组及95例正常对照组分别进行自评式心理测试。结果 （1）乳腺增生症患者与正常对照组在负性生活事件值（L2、L5、L8、L11）方面有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）Logistic回归分析得出,与乳腺增生症发病有关重要危险因素是家庭负性生活事件值（L5）和社会支持系统中的客观支持分（S2）及支持利用度（S4）.结论家庭负性生活事件和缺乏社会客观支持是乳腺增生症的重要社会心理危险因素。

Stress and Social Support in Hyperplasia of Breast

Objectiv Explore the correlation between the life events stress and social support of hyperplasia of breast.Methods The self-reported psychological test of 100 hyperplasia of breast and 95 healthy subjects were filled out,through Life Events Questionnaire（LES） and Social Support Scale（SSRS）.Results（1）Significant differences were fonud in the scores of adverse life events（L2、L5、L8、L11） between the hyperplasia of breast and healthy subjects.Conditional Logistic Regression analysis showed that aclverse life events related to family（L5）,objectie social support（S2） and the degree of social supports（S4）.Conclusion Objective family negative life events and the lack of social support is an important psychosocial risk factors of mammary gland hyperplasia.
