| 摘 要： | 区域电子病历专用文件系统（EMRMS）平台是基于结构化版式文件处理技术（CEBX）版式文件为核心，结合电子签章、时间戳、CA验证等当今先进的密码和信息安全技术，设计和构建的市级区域电子病历专用文件系统管理平台。该项目研究了构建区域电子病历基础数据库平台的解决方案和标准体系及安全架构，积极探索了医疗电子档案的可视化技术与医疗数据挖掘法相结合的新途径。

| Abstract: | CEBX format files are the core technology of EMRMS platform. EMRMS platform is combined with the most advanced passwords and information security technology, such as the Electronic Signature Verification, Timestamp and CA. It has been designed and built as a system management platform of the municipal area electronic medical records special file. This project studied the solution to construct the regional electronic medical records database basic platform and standard system and security architecture. This project actively explores the new ways of combining the medical electronic archives of visualization technology with the medical data mining method. |
