摘    要:研究用静态顶空前处理技术处理土壤,用具火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱来测定土壤中54种挥发性有机物的方法。在一定的静态顶空条件和气相色谱条件下,本研究确定了顶空气相色谱法测定土壤中挥发性有机物方法的检出限,并取得了满意的线性回归方程、精密度和准确度。结果表明,用顶空气相色谱法处理土壤样品,分析土壤中挥发性有机物,可以减少土壤中待测的挥发性有机物的损失,提高实验分析的灵敏度,其定性和定量结果也是可靠的。

Abstract:Research on sattic headspace (HS) method for the preparation of 54 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in soils for determination by gas chromatography (GC). In certain conditions of sattic headspace -gas chromatography. The research identified the method detection limits of the method of asttic headspace - gas chromatography for determination of volatile compounds in soils. The research shows analysis of volatile organic compounds in soil by headspace - gas chromatography method may reduces the loss of the volatile organic compounds in soils, improve the the experimental sensitivity of analysis. The research shows the qualitative and quantitative results are satisfied.
