一种无刷直流电机测控系统设计

摘    要:以卫星红外微波成像仪扫描控制系统为应用背景,给出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和图形语言编程软件LabVIEW的无刷直流电机测控系统设计方法。该测控系统的设计方法采用单个DSP控制两台直流无刷电机,并通过上位机的LabVIEW软件监测电机的运行状态。实验表明,应用该方法设计的测控系统能够实现测控分离,具有较好的实时测控效果和友好的软件交互界面,在直流无刷电机调试和控制应用中有很好的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the application of scan control system of satellite microwave imaging instruments,a measurement and control system for brushless DC motor based on the Digital signal processor(DSP)and graphical programming of LabVIEW is presented.The proposed method of measurement and control system adopts single DSP to control two motors,and the running state of the motors can be monitored by LabVIEW.The application result sows that the system can separate measuring from controlling,and has good Performance of Real-Time control and friendly software interface,and also great value in brushless DC motor debugging and controlling practical application.
