汽轮发电机组大修后不稳定振动故障分析

摘    要:1号机组大修后开机过程中,汽轮机出现了非常严重的不稳定振动。对机组出现的振动进行了测试,对故障原因进行了分析。指出大修中更换蜂窝汽封后,动静间隙较小,引起了动静部件之间的摩擦。采取了相应措施,在不揭缸的前提下解决了机组的振动故障。

Abstract:During the starting-up process of No.1 steam turbine-generator unit,extra serious instable vibration occurrde on the steam turbine.through the testing of vibration and analysis of fault cause,it was found,The clearances between the moving and stationary pieces of honeycomb labyrinth after overhaul were too small,thas causing rubbing between moving and stationary parts.After the corresponding measures were taken,the vibration fault of unit was solved under the prerequisite of cylinder not being opened.
