摘    要:目的:了解目前引起皮肤及其软组织感染的主要病原菌及其对抗菌药物的敏感性.方法:用ATB Expression系统鉴定细菌,用纸片扩散法检测其对抗菌药物的敏感性.结果:共分离G+菌72株,G-菌13株.G+菌、G-菌对几种氟喹诺酮类药物及庆大霉素均较敏感,金黄色葡萄球菌对苯唑西林、氯霉素及复方磺胺甲唑均较敏感,但对红霉素、阿奇霉素、青霉素耐药率均较高.结论:对皮肤及软组织感染的用药应以药敏试验为基础,避免盲目使用抗菌药物.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate pathogens causing skin soft tissue infection (SSSI) and determine their susceptibility to antimicrobial agents. Methods:The isolates were identified by ATB expressin system, the susceptibility to antimicrobial agents tested by Kirby Bauer method. Results:72 Gram positive bacteria were isolated, among which 13 Gram positive bacteria staphylococci aureus was found to be the most prevalent cause of SSSI. Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria were susceptible to fluoroquinolones and gentamycin. Staphylococci aureus were more susceptible to benzopenicillin, Chloramycetin and SMZco than to erythromycin, azithromycin and penicillin. Conclusion:The empirical treatment should be based on drug susceptibility; newly developed and broad spectrum antibiotics should not be used if the isolates are susceptible to the well recognized antibiotics in order.
